From the very early stage of the initial contact to the completion of the intervention we decide collaboratively with you what it is we should be focusing on and how could we do that in way that gives you the best results with the least inconvenience.

Initially, we will agree on what your needs are, how we can meet them, how long this is will take and what will the cost be. This entire process is very dynamic and you will be encouraged to lead it along with us. Essentially, your feedback will help us provide you with a better service, and improve our performance in general.

Assessment
We will go through the Initial Assessment.
We will collaboratively decide what your Needs are, How we plan to address them, how Long it is expected to take and the associated Fees.
Then, we will complete the Contract of work that will outline your, and our, responsibilities.
Also, it will contain the Confidentiality agreement and, if appropriate, the emergency contact form.

Intervention
At that point we start the Work, that is very dynamic and responsive to your needs.
Throughout the work you will be Encouraged to tell us your view about, well, everything.
Completion
We will collaboratively Decide whether it is time to complete the work, take a break or start a new type of intervention.
That makes you an expert in the kind of intervention we undertake with yourself. We will Encourage you to tell us about our service and how to improve it.
